Worst hotel ever. The air conditioning didn't work. I was there yesterday, I'll never go back.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel! The cleanliness and staff are at a high level and everything fully met my expectations. The location is great — the center is very close and easily accessible on foot, and taxis are also very cheap. The host speaks several languages, including German, which helped me a lot during my stay. Highly recommended! 🌟

After we booked the suite with a jacuzzi and wanted to use it, plant debris (possibly flowers? It also looked like onion skins, I don't even want to know the details) came out of the jets and ruined the bath we had run. We mentioned this to the receptionist, who was also stunned and informed the hotel manager. He came over a short time later, looked at everything, and invited us for drinks. In the meantime (it was already late afternoon), he organized repairmen to immediately clean and repair the jacuzzi. What service! In the meantime, the manager, who also spoke German, looked after us with Kosovar fruit and other delicacies. Despite this strange situation, I can only praise the way they handled it, as the hotel is not responsible for what the guests had stuffed in there beforehand. We had an unforgettable stay.
