a month agoWe had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Happy for one night, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hotel owner and managers (kudos to Lirim ) went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The dinner was absolutely amazing—traditional dishes that were both delicious and full of flavor. Paired with a cold beer, it made for the perfect evening. Our rooms were more than perfect—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and had all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel. The location is also fantastic. The Old Bazaar and Sahatkulla are just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area and experience the local culture. We highly recommend staying at Hotel Happy. It was a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

a month agoDuring our journey through the mountains of Albania and Kosovo, we stopped to spend a night at the Happy Hotel, which is located right in the heart of the city of Gjakova. From the outside, the hotel gives the impression of a typical Gjakova house where generosity and hospitality have never been lacking. And that is exactly what it turned out to be, our entire Austrian-Albanian group of 9 people remained very satisfied with everything, starting from the rooms to the typical traditional food. A special compliment goes to the entire staff and especially to the owner and Mr. Vokshi who throughout the entire time has given the maximum to make us feel comfortable and cozy. The Old Quarter, the Tower Clock, the Ethnographic Museum, etc. are in a narrow perimeter that can be reached within 2 minutes. We always recommend the Happy Hotel because you will not be disappointed. See you again!

a month agoMe and my friend came from Canada for a visit to Gjakova,Kosovo we choose this hotel,it was best experience in hotels,perfect costumer service and the restaurant right below is the food to die for it,is in the heart of the city everything is walking distance,we ordered some room food it came fast and the staff was really helpful,we will be visiting again,highly recommended.
